UrbanFire provides the following core services:

- Visual Generation: AI image creation including characters, scenes, and custom artwork
- Video Production: Automated video generation from stories and images
- Audio Synthesis: Voice generation and sound effects for storytelling
- Project Management: Organization and workflow tools for creative projects
- Custom Styles: Style transfer and personalized visual aesthetics
- Timeline Editor: Advanced video editing and scene composition tools
2.2 Third-Party Integrations
Our platform integrates with the following external AI services:
- OpenRouter: Text generation, story creation, and natural language processing
- FAL.ai: Image generation, video creation, audio synthesis, and comprehensive AI models
- Google OAuth: Optional authentication services
- ZeptoMail: Email delivery and communication services
3. API Key Requirements and User Responsibilities
Important Requirement:
Users are required to procure and provide their own API keys from OpenRouter and FAL.ai. UrbanFire does not provide these API keys and is not responsible for their availability, cost, or functionality.
3.1 Required API Keys
To use UrbanFire, you must obtain and provide API keys from:
- OpenRouter: For text generation, story creation, and AI language processing
- FAL.ai: For image generation, video creation, and audio synthesis
3.2 API Key Responsibilities
- You must obtain valid API keys directly from OpenRouter and FAL.ai
- You are responsible for all costs associated with API usage
- You must comply with OpenRouter and FAL.ai terms of service
- API key management, security, and rotation are your sole responsibility
- You must ensure your API keys have sufficient credits/quota for your intended usage
3.3 Service Dependencies
UrbanFire's functionality depends entirely on OpenRouter and FAL.ai services. You acknowledge that:
- Service availability depends on OpenRouter and FAL.ai uptime and policies
- Changes to OpenRouter or FAL.ai APIs may affect platform functionality
- You must maintain active accounts with OpenRouter and FAL.ai
- Features may become unavailable if either provider discontinues services
3.4 Account Setup Requirements
To use UrbanFire effectively, you must:
- Create accounts with OpenRouter and FAL.ai
- Obtain and securely store API keys from both providers
- Configure your UrbanFire account with valid OpenRouter and FAL.ai credentials
- Monitor your usage and API quotas to prevent service interruptions
- Keep your API keys current and replace expired or revoked keys
4. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer:
UrbanFire operates as a platform that facilitates access to third-party AI services. We are not liable for service failures, data loss, or damages resulting from platform usage or third-party service issues.
4.1 Service Failure Disclaimer
UrbanFire is not liable for any service failures, interruptions, or damages including but not limited to:
- Platform downtime or technical malfunctions
- Loss of user data, projects, or generated content
- Failed content generation requests
- Corrupted or incomplete media files
- Data loss due to system errors or maintenance
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
4.2 Third-Party Service Disclaimer
UrbanFire is not liable for failures or issues with third-party AI providers including:
- API service outages or degraded performance
- Changes to third-party pricing or service terms
- Discontinuation of third-party services
- Quality or accuracy of AI-generated content
- Billing issues or unexpected charges from providers
- Data handling or privacy practices of third-party services
- Compliance issues with third-party service terms
4.3 Data Storage and Backup
While we implement reasonable data protection measures:
- Users are responsible for backing up their important content
- We are not liable for permanent data loss or corruption
- Third-party services control their own data retention policies
- Users should maintain local copies of critical projects
4.4 Maximum Liability
In no event shall UrbanFire's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. For free accounts, our maximum liability is limited to $100 USD.
5. Data Storage and Third-Party Processing
5.1 Minimal Data Storage Policy
UrbanFire maintains minimal storage of user information. We store only:
- Essential account information (email, username, encrypted passwords)
- Project metadata and organization structure
- User preferences and platform settings
- API key references (encrypted) for service integration

Third-party AI providers will store and process all user data according to their own policies:
- Your stories, prompts, and creative content are sent to AI services for processing
- Generated images, videos, and audio are processed and may be stored by providers
- Each provider has different data retention and usage policies
- Some providers may use your content to improve their AI models
- Data deletion requests must be made directly to each provider
5.3 Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of your original creative content and ideas
- Generated content ownership is subject to third-party provider terms
- UrbanFire does not claim ownership of user-generated content
- You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws
6. Privacy and Information Sharing
6.1 Personal Information Protection
We do not share personal information with third parties except as required for service operation:
- Your contact information remains private and is not sold or shared
- Account details are not provided to AI service providers
- We do not share user lists or contact databases
- Marketing and advertising partners do not receive personal data
6.2 Content Processing Disclosure
When you use UrbanFire features, your creative content is processed by third-party AI services:
- Story text and prompts are sent to text generation services
- Image generation requests are processed by visual AI providers
- Audio and video content is processed by respective specialized services
- This processing is necessary for service functionality

- Response to valid legal requests and court orders
- Compliance with regulatory requirements

7. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

- You must comply with all third-party provider terms of service
- You are responsible for monitoring and managing your API usage quotas
- Abuse of API services may result in account suspension
- You must not attempt to circumvent provider rate limits or restrictions
7.3 Platform Abuse
Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the platform
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
- Sharing API keys or account credentials
- Using automated tools to abuse the service
- Interfering with other users' access to the platform
8. Account Management and Termination
